Preventative Maintenance
If you are maintaining your AC system we recommend changing your filter regularly and keeping your drain clear. To keep your AC drain clear we recommend pouring a quarter cup of vinegar into the drain. This should be done monthly and will prevent algae from growing, which can clog your drain causing the air conditioner to shut down.
With a DS Air Conditioning maintenance contract we will perform a detailed evaluation of your AC and Heating system. Maintenance is performed twice a year and prevents most unplanned air conditioning repairs. But if you do require repairs while under our maintenance contract you receive a 15 percent discount.
